Hi Ladies,
Just a reminder that the next craft group is Tuesday 26th June. we’ll have Catherine Hirst coming along to help us with some Amigurumi lessons (for the uninitiated, amigurumi is the Japanese art of knitting or crocheting small stuffed animals). There will be a limited number of people who can attend the session with Catherine, so if you are keen to come along to this please email us and let us know. Priority will be given to craft group regulars and to Borough Belles members. Catherine can help complete beginners get started but it would be helpful if you have some basic crochet / knitting knowledge. More details will follow for those who are keen.
We will meet at EV, near Southwark Tube, from 7.30 in the deli (big tables, good lighting and good food!). The Arches, 97-99 Isabella Street, London, SE1 8DA.The dates and themes for the year are outlined below, we hope to see you there!

31st Jul – Quilting – the basics of patchwork quilting. Start your own quilt or come along and work on a quilt for the Borough Belles.
21 Aug – Quilting – a second session to continue with the quilts started in July
25 Sep – Make Do and Mend Night- bring along your WIPs and mending and transform them into finished items!
30 Oct – Halloween crafting – making creepy crawlies and all things spooky!
27 Nov – Christmas Decorations – a chance to make presents for Christmas and decorations for the tree
