Rosalind of Peggy’s Cupcakes confirmed for our first meet!

Girls, we are so so lucky…

Rosalind Miller, founder of the fantastic Peggy’s Cupcakes is confirmed for our first meet!

Check out her beautiful cupcakes here:

She is going to talk to us about how to make her amazing creations and then show us how to ice the cakes and make gorgeous sugar flowers. Then you’ll be able to get creative by icing your own cupcakes and creating your own flowers. You will then be able to take the cupcakes home with you to enjoy (or eat them there and then if you can’t resist!).

Rosalind originally trained as a textile and graphic designer, and was a painter and designer for many years. She is also a part time lecturer in graphic design at St Martin’s College.

Having worked for so long using computers, a desire to go back to being creative in a hands on manner has been uppermost in her decision to create the most beautiful cakes.

She has been baking cakes and cookies for many years, since being taught by her Mother Peggy, hence the name of the company, Peggy’s Cupcakes. Rosalind is dedicated to combining her passions of baking and design.

She creates delicious homemade cupcakes and biscuits, decorated with seasonal fruit or her signature handmade sugar flowers, which are as exquisite to and sumptious to feast on visually as they are to eat.

Peggy’s Cupcakes can be enjoyed on Saturday’s at Brunswick Centre Farmers Market and at Cabbages and Frocks Market, Marylebone High Street. Yum!

We can’t wait for this one – what a way to start! The cost for the meeting is Β£3.

Be there or be square: Tues 27 Oct, 7.30 – 9.30pm, upstairs @ The Horse, 124 Westminster Bridge Road, SE1 7XG
