The Borough Belles host a whole heap of clubs and events outside of our main monthly meetings. Check out our Facebook page for all our upcoming events. Members and non-members alike are welcome.

Culture Club

Our Culture Club is for fans of museums, galleries, libraries and talks, or people who just want to explore with friends.

Cocktails & Pages

A twist on the old Book Club plot. We meet in a secret location that will be linked (maybe obviously, perhaps tenuously) to the book in question.

Craft Club

We Belles are full of hidden talents and serious craftaholics, which is why we just started our own Craft Club! It’s be a friendly and relaxed space for all things crafty. You’re more than welcome to bring along a project that you are working on at the moment, but if you don’t have one in mind, our Craft Officer Ruth will be bringing along a few things for everyone to try.

Film Club

We meet on the first Monday of the month at local cinemas to check out new releases, as well as going to other ad hoc events and finding new and interesting ways to watch beloved films – some of our trips include outdoor screenings at the Barbican and drinking cocktails on bean bags at Backyard Cinema.

Lido Club

Calling al fresco swimming fans! Lido Club visits some of our capital’s wonderful outdoor swimming spots. It’s a relaxed opportunity to make the most of the sunshine and we try to stick to heated lidos in the cooler months.

Supper Club

Spending an evening together chatting with food and drink is an excellent opportunity to get to know each other better outside of our monthly meetings.

Wandering Belles

For those of us who are ramblers at heart and like to get away from it all, Wandering Belles is our walking club. Check out the blog of our first walk to get an idea of what it is like.
